The Administrator attaches great importance to respecting the rights of users using the services and functionalities offered as part of the Website, as well as users using the Website without using the services and functionalities offered as part of the Website, with particular emphasis on the right to privacy protection. Therefore, we collect only a minimum of information that helps us better understand the needs of Users and adapt the Website, its functionalities and ergonomics to the changing expectations of Users. Among other things, for this purpose, we collect and process the necessary User data, including Personal Data and other data that do not have such an attribute. The collection takes place, depending on the type of data, on the initiative of the User or automatically.

The Administrator processes Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR Regulation as well as other relevant provisions of applicable law, including in particular national provisions on the protection of personal data. Each user of the website is bound by the current Privacy Policy available at https://cargoseller.pl/polityka-aktywnosci/. Any changes made do not affect the basic principle: The website does not sell and does not provide third parties with personal or address data of customers / users of its websites and magazines for marketing purposes.

      3. fulfillment of legally justified purposes of the Administrator in the form of marketing of the Administrator’s products and services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR Regulation – legitimate interest of the Administrator);

    8. The actions of the Administrator may be subject to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
    9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.
    10. Actions may be taken in relation to you consisting in automated decision making, including profiling in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
    11. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
  3. Essential Marketing Techniques
    1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not provide the operator of this service with personal data, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
    2. The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow for matching advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the website, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track him, but in practice no personal data is transferred from the operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled cookie support.
    3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) knows that a given person registered in it uses the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which he is the administrator himself, the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device

    1. The website reserves the right to send unannounced messages to people whose contact details it has and who have agreed to the Privacy Policy. By unannounced messages, the Store understands information relating directly to its website and product.
  5. Cookies (Cookies)
    Some areas of the website belonging to the Website may use cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the Internet user’s computer identifying him in a way necessary to simplify or cancel a given operation. Cookies are harmless neither for the computer nor for its user and his data. The condition for the operation of cookies is their acceptance by the browser and not deleting them from the disk.
