Mailing tool & digital bidding

Classic mailing of a list of loads to trusted groups of subcontractors is a very common practice.
CARGOseller brings this method of selling loads to a higher, digital level. How it’s works:

  • you create up to 4 mailing groups with emails of your trusted subcontractors (you can import a ready-made list from a .csv file). You name the groups as you like, e.g. body types, directions, etc.
  • you enter the load into CARGOseller and select a group or groups of carriers to whom you will send a list of loads for sale.
  • you can select how long after sending the mailing the offer is to be sent to the transport exchanges in which you have an account, so you avoid entering the same offer several times in different sales systems
  • each member of the mailing group receives an e-mail informing about new loads, the e-mail contains a link to a dedicated, private page where the carrier can submit price proposals for individual loads
  • you display received price proposals for loads in CARGOseller
    and you compare
  • you can write to the carrier from the offer/suggestion level if necessary
  • if you delete or accept an offer, then this offer will disappear from mailing lists and from freight exchanges (if it was published). In this way, you eliminate e-mail replies to offers that are outdated, you do not waste time on removing offers from various systems
  • the carrier whose offer has been accepted is informed about it by e-mail, and the load offer on its list is highlighted in green
  • in the background, statistics are created for you about the effectiveness of individual sales channels and about which carriers we carry out the most transactions with
